A D1 baseball athlete with 10 years of coaching experience, Dan works with both baseball and softball players, in private or group lessons.

A right-handed pitcher from Henry, Illinois, Lance came through Henry-Senachwine High School before playing at Heartland Community College and Illinois Wesleyan University, where he studies kinesiology.

Three-time All-American who played collegiately at Illinois Central College and Illinois State University, setting pitching records at both the NJCAA and NCAA levels. She led Illinois Central College to a NJCAA National Championship in 1998 and fourth place in 1999. At Illinois State she led the Redbirds to two Missouri Valley Championships (2000 & 2001) and two NCAA Regional Tournament berths.

Nicole was named Illinois State's Female Student Athlete of the Year in 2001, was inducted into ISU's Percy Hall of Fame in 2013, and still holds numerous ISU pitching records. She is also a member of Limestone Community High School's Hall of Fame and the Greater Peoria Area Hall of Fame with her 1998 ICC National Championship team.

In 2012 she led the East Peoria Central Junior High softball team to an IESA AA State Championship with a 24–0 record. Nicole coached softball at East Peoria Central Junior High for 21 years and the East Peoria Community High School JV team for 11 seasons. She has been instructing pitchers from all over Central Illinois since 2001.

In 2001 Ryan played for the Boise Hawks, a minor league affiliate of the Anaheim Angels. He was inducted into the Illinois State University Percy Hall of Fame in 2010, and is also a member of Petersburg PORTA High School's Hall of Fame.

Since 2012 he has been involved with many baseball programs including the East Peoria Raiders, K-Hawks and Central IL Canes. Ryan has been instructing catchers from all over Illinois since 2001.
